Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement efficient and effective HR systems including company policies, organizational structures, compensation and benefits, KPIs, monitoring, and training programs.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
Performance and Talent Management
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure it is quick, efficient, and effective, attracting top talent
- Oversee comprehensive employee development programs that foster career progression and skill enhancement.
Leadership and Coaching
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the HR team, promoting an open-minded and inclusive culture.
- Utilize excellent communication and coaching skills to guide, motivate, and develop employees, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Employee Relations
- Handle difficult conversations and employee relations issues smoothly, ensuring resolutions that are beneficial for both employees and the company.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the education, online learning, ed tech industry, or companies with 100+ employees.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to build and manage effective and efficient HR systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and complex HR issues.
